Napikano, Inc. ("Napikano," "we," "us," "our") provides its services to you through its website and related services (collectively, the "Service"), subject to the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Napikano, governing your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with updates taking immediate effect upon your acceptance of the modified Agreement. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with the Terms or any future modifications, stop using the Service.

Napikano offers an online marketplace facilitating transactions between sellers ("Sellers") who offer and sell food items and customers ("Customers") who browse and purchase these items. Napikano is not the seller of these items and is not responsible for the sale or the products themselves.

3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.

4. User Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links, and other content ("Materials") that you submit, post, and display on the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Napikano and its licensors own all rights in the Service and its content. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without our express permission.

6. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Napikano. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. Limitation of Liability
Napikano will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Arbitration
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Tampa, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Napikano regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Napikano regarding the Service.
